Yale School of Management has appointed nine new faculty members across four different disciplines.
Within the school’s department of marketing, Deborah Small joins from the Wharton School as a professor. In addition, Corey Cusimano and Joowon Klusowski have been appointed as associate professors of marketing.
Alp Simsek and Paul Fontanier will join the school’s department of finance as a professor and assistant professor, respectively. Simsek moves to Yale from MIT, where he was an AP, and Paul Fontanier has recently completed a PhD at Harvard University.
Meanwhile, Yale School of Management (SOM) has also named three further assistant professors within its organizational behavior department: Laura Adler, Jennifer Dannals and Jayanti Owens.
Zachary Bleemer also joins the school as an assistant professor of economics after completing a post-doc year at Harvard.
Alongside the new appointments, Yale SOM has made a slew of promotions across its economics, organizational behavior and finance departments.
Michael Sinkinson, who has been promoted to associate professor of economics, will be spending the coming year as a senior economist on the President of the United States’ Council of Economic Advisors.
